[Hey guys! There is a very happy blind kid here on the video, grinning like an idiot and holding up his brand-new Plain Badge.]

See, FF? I told you I could get it, no problems. I mean, other than the usual, but still. [~~he totally just laughed at Whitney's crying, and you know it. :|~~ anyway he tucks the badge away somewhere before continuing.]

So, you still want me to come back and meet you in Violet?

Oh and if anyone else wants to come, I don't mind. Actually, it would probably help because I still don't know what I'm doing with this thing. I mean, unless you want me to just wander around on my own or something. [And yep, someone finally got a cane to use, and he's waving it around at the camera while still smiling like a lunatic. This whole blind thing is still a lot of fun ~~sometimes~~. B] And yes he is seriously just going to go off blindly and try to go to Violet City on his own if no one wants to go with him.]

Well, I don't really get why you'd care or anything, but it's not like I'm going to declare our friendship over because of it. [pause] Actually, I might, but I wouldn't mean it.

I don't really know what I'm doing with it, if that's what you mean.

It might be more of a hindrance to you on the road than anything else, is all. Maybe you should put it away and have your Houndoom help you instead. Or do you use both?

I don't know, I just got it. I mostly thought it would be fun to drub people with like TZ does. [yep, being blind is still totally amusing to him. at least he's not trying to lick people again ~~yet~~.]

Just...try not to get it stuck in any roots or bump against too many rocks.

Yeah, I do. She does use it the normal way, but she uses canekind so she fights with them too. And she's good with it, if you didn't know she was blind you wouldn't really believe it when you saw her.

No, she isn't here any more. I want to learn to smell and taste things the way she does, too, but I can't right now. It kind of sucks. I didn't get a chance to learn it from her in the Veil, either.

Well, keep your fingers crossed, maybe she'll arrive here some day.

I hope she does. She's one of my best friends.

I would be delighted to join you, if you wouldn't mind my or John's company. We both, however, still have to challenge the gym here before we leave.

How was the battle?

It was fine! It was actually really easy, I think I overlevelled a bit much. It's been almost two human months since the last gym leader I fought though so I guess I'm not really surprised.

Wow, then your Pokemon must be really strong!! I can't wait to meet them up close!

I bet they'd love to meet you, too. Especially my Gastrodon, I think you two would get along really well.
